Henderson Drake is partnering with a global consultancy renowned for delivering high-impact Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. As their UK OneStream practice continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced OneStream Consolidation Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-scale consolidation projects.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on OneStream expert ready to take full ownership of architectural design and shaping how major organisations manage financial close, reporting, and transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the full lifecycle of OneStream Consolidation projects – from design to deployment and post-go-live optimisation.
* Translate complex accounting and finance requirements into robust, scalable OneStream architectures.
* Configure and fine-tune dimensions, business rules, workflows, and integrations for performance and accuracy.
* Collaborate with finance and IT leaders to embed best practices and ensure seamless data flows across systems.
* Mentor delivery consultants and help shape internal capability within a growing UK practice.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ hands-on OneStream experience, ideally leading full-cycle implementations.
* Deep expertise in consolidation, intercompany eliminations, ownership structures, and multi-GAAP reporting.
* Strong technical proficiency in VB.NET and OneStream extensibility features.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* OneStream Lead R1 Architect certification (essential).
