This is an exciting opportunity to support students in their career pathways, from higher education to employment, in a well-resourced and supportive environment.<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul>Support the delivery of the Careers and Employability programmeInterview students and support career planningAdvise on and process higher education applicationsCoordinate work experience and careers eventsBuild industry links and support ‘Careers Weeks’Provide administrative support for the Careers Department</ul><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b><ul>Experience working with young people in an advisory role (desirable)Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of career pathways (training can be provided)A Level 6 careers qualification is desirable but not essential</ul>This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking and high performing organisation.
