Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with SEN schools to recruit day-to-day Teaching Assistants to support short-term cover, including course cover and sickness absence.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for maximum flexibility, the opportunity to work when it suits you, and the ability to update your availability in advance.
The role:
* Day-to-day TA work in Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings
* Supporting pupils with additional needs across a range of classrooms
* Covering planned course cover and last-minute sickness shifts
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to maintain a safe, supportive learning environment
