We are looking for a Matchday Mascot Supervisor to supervise home and away matchday mascots in accordance with the standards and professionalism expected by Southampton Football Club and to ensure they have the best experience possible on the day. What will you be doing? You will deliver a first-class experience for the mascots in line with the expectations of the Venue Events team and Southampton Football Club, ensuring interactions with parents, mascots and other members of the public are polite, courteous and professional. Supervising the Mascots, you will ensure that all related activity does not in any way interfere with coaching/playing staff unless necessary and in line with mascot duty, and that all involved are dressed in the provided SFC kit and representing the club in an appropriate way. Is this you? You are proactive and enthusiastic with the understanding of making the experience as best as possible for all involved. You have experience working with young children and excellent communication and timekeeping skills.
