About the role
This is a field-based position where you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of stores within your territory. You’ll focus on improving product availability, visibility, and compliance, using data and strong in-store relationships to drive results.
Key responsibilities
* Complete all scheduled store visits across your territory
* Build strong relationships with in-store decision-makers
* Improve product availability, visibility, and compliance
* Merchandise stock and implement point-of-sale materials
* Secure additional display space and promotional activity
* Use data and insight to identify and resolve issues
* Order stock where possible to drive sales
* Accurately capture visit data using a mobile reporting app
* Share insights, feedback, and best practice with the wider team
* Monitor competitor activity, including promotions and new products
* Manage your own diary and travel efficiently to maximise coverage
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
* Ability to travel across a designated territory
* Comfortable using mobile apps and digital reporting tools
* Right to work in the UK
* Experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail
