The Front of House service at Leeds Community Healthcare (NHS) Trust are seeking an Administrator on a fixed term basis for 6 months. This post will be based at Wharfedale Hospital. We provide a range of services, support and always aim to deliver a professional, efficient customer focused support to all. Our purpose is to provide a high quality, front-of-house reception service to our patients, staff and visitors. We do this by working in partnership with other organisations and groups, involving and developing our staff, and using our resources wisely to continually improve our services The administrator role supports the provision of efficient and effective administrative services to the organisation to meet identified business needs. This role is often the first point of contact into a service and may involve a range of tasks including providing a reception service, meeting and greeting visitors to the building and undertaking a range of administrative services e.g. dealing with post and parcels, replenishing/ordering stock, record keeping, referral management, booking appointments, signposting appropriately. This job description is not exhaustive and may change as the post or the needs of the service develop. Such changes will be subject to consultation between the post holder and their assignment manager and, if necessary, further job matching or evaluation. The duties of an administrator will include: Referral management Patient waiting lists Meet / Greet / Signposting of service users and visitors to our buildings Appointment / Diary / Rota / Clinic management Patient information systems Procurement and stock management Meetings and room booking management Reception / Telephony support Building maintenance reporting Daily, weekly and monthly tasks Reporting to the Administration Services Coordinator Working Pattern: Working days would be between Monday-Friday and shifts times would be between the hours of 8am-6pm. Specific working days can be discussed at interview however it is likely that a Monday & Tuesday would be a requirement. The successful candidate will be a team player and will actively contribute to continuous service improvement activities, including the maintenance and improvement of quality, to ensure that services are delivered with customer focus.
