Providing high intensity CBT sessions on a 1-2-1 basis, you will treat clients referred from our insurance business who need support with their mental health and wellbeing. Working remotely, you will be a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns and you will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams.**You’ll help us make health happen by:*** To provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes* To deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention. To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client* To provide different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference* To adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team* To adhere to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:*** Full BABCP accreditation* Experience in a similar role providing high intensity CBT interventions and managing own caseload* IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems* Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon* Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops also preferred* Right to work in the UK**Benefits:**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
