Role Overview
Autosmart is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Coordinator with French language skills to join the UK Support Services team. This role involves supporting UK franchisees, national account customers and regional business managers, and providing French‑speaking phone cover during busy periods.
Responsibilities
* Deliver world‑class customer service and support.
* Provide French language cover for the UK based French customer service team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, customers and consumers, answering technical product questions, handling orders and resolving complaints.
* Proactively engage new national account customers, promote products and support onboarding.
* Call franchisees with new product information and marketing material.
* Support Autosmart colleagues and team members.
Qualifications
* Confident French language skills at A level or degree level.
* Exceptional communication and rapport‑building skills.
* Experience in a telephone‑based customer service, customer relationship, customer account management or customer supporting role.
* Experience handling technical or product‑related queries.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Eagerness for problem solving, improvement and solution delivery.
* Confident IT skills including MS Office.
* Willingness and comfort with occasional travel for sales meetings and franchisee visits.
* Commute within 45 minutes of Shenstone.
