This role focuses on supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, and social needs to help them engage positively with learning. As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will work closely with the SENCo and safeguarding team to deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group support. You will help pupils develop emotional regulation strategies, manage behaviour for learning, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
