Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Used Car Sales Executive to lead the pre-owned vehicle sales function at our Cricklewood Hub.
You’ll be responsible for driving used vehicle sales — primarily electric vehicles — through direct customer engagement, trade-ins, and managing wholesale and dealer network channels.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and understands how to maximise sales value while building lasting relationships with customers and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right used vehicle to suit their needs and budget
Conduct vehicle appraisals, valuations, and test drives
Maintain detailed market knowledge to identify vehicles for de-fleet and resale
Manage tenders, dealer relationships, and wholesale channels
Present and position vehicles for maximum profit and market appeal
Ensure optimal disposal cycles and achieve maximum returns on vehicle sales
Identify opportunities to minimise risk and maximise profitability
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong understanding of used car markets, valuations, and sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and wholesalers
Experience in remarketing (desirable)
Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles (EVs)
Positive, results-driven, and proactive attitude
