Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting high-volume screening and telephone interviews
* Writing and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
* Proactively seeking and developing new business opportunities
* Generating leads through cold calling, networking events, and social media outreach
* Sourcing candidates via online tools, job boards, and internal databases
* Negotiating contractor pay rates and permanent salaries
* Managing consultant aftercare and maintaining contractor relationships
* Building a solid understanding of the energy industry and key technical disciplines
* Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within oil & gas, energy, engineering, commercial or similar
* Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in business development and delivery
