Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
* Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines.
* Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement.
* Supporting with individual care packages.
Qualifications
* 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
* Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
* Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
Location
Part‑time – 15 hours per week, £13.26 – £14.56 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends). Must live within commuting distance of the development. Assigned to Townsend Court, 69 one‑ and two‑bedroom apartments on High Street South with Rushden Hall Park next door.
