We are recruiting for a Clinical Rotational Pharmacist who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

You will be part of an innovative and progressive pharmacy team that puts patient care at the centre of everything we do.
You will develop and expand your clinical knowledge through a structured rotational program that will include specialities such as general medicine, cardiology, care of the elderly, frailty, stroke, paediatrics, obstetrics, general surgery, trauma / orthopaedics, urology, plastics / ENT, elective surgery, dispensary, aseptics, medicine information and our renowned renal team.
We will fund and support post graduate training including Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice followed by non-medical prescribing.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will gain experience and receive training in all aspects of pharmacy practice by participating in a structured programme which incorporates various rotations (see applicant pack), plus study for the General Practice Diploma.
You will be committed to your own education and training and will supervise and check the work of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants and other staff, as required.

Qualifications/Training
Essential criteria
* Masters Degree MPharm (or equivalent)
* Competency assessed and examined professional registration with the GPhC
* Mandatory CPD to maintain fitness to practice
* Able to undertake Diploma in Pharmacy Practice
Previous Experience

* UK pharmacy experience
Desirable criteria
* Recent Hospital experience
* Hospital Foundation trainee
