As part of the continued build-out of our Global Claims Operations function, we are looking for a Claims Policy & Governance Support Analyst to support the development and maintenance of our claims governance framework. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to global claims operations, compliance, and governance. You will support the management of claims policies, procedures and documentation across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory expectations. Working closely with Claims, Compliance, and Risk teams, you will play a key role in maintaining governance standards and supporting audit and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities Manage document governance processes, including version control, approvals, and document registers Coordinate policy review cycles and track updates across stakeholders Support audit, compliance, and due diligence activities by collating documentation and evidence Assist with claims quality assurance processes, including tracking file reviews and remediation actions Produce regular reporting on policy updates, governance actions, and audit items Liaise with stakeholders across Claims, Compliance, and Risk to support governance activities Candidate requirements 1–3 years’ experience in insurance, compliance, administration, or governance support Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience working with documentation, processes or administrative frameworks Familiarity with document management systems (e.g. SharePoint) is desirable Clear communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Interest in governance, compliance, and claims operations Contributing positively to our culture and values.
