About Studio Secret Cinema and the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join Studio Secret Cinema, our in-house events and brand experience agency. Here you'll lead client relationships and deliver exceptional experiential marketing projects and corporate events that create big impact.

As the first dedicated member of our client services team, this is an all-encompassing position that will require work at all levels.

As Account Manager, you'll serve as the day to day lead for a portfolio of clients. You’ll oversee the development and execution of innovative brand experiences while driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

This is a fixed term contract, targeting a June start date and running through 31 December 2025. As this role requires consistent coverage during the summer, we’re specifically looking for candidates who are available to work throughout August, with minimal time off during that month.

Please note:Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working at least 3 days per week in the office while offering flexibility for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive strategic client relationships at senior level, serving as a trusted advisor ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional creative and production work that meets their business objectives. Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, challenges, internal working processes and events opportunities to be able to serve as an extension of their team when developing and delivering creative experience solutions.
* Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of complex experiential marketing projects, live events and activations. Ensure flawless delivery while maintaining profitability and identifying opportunities to expand scope.
* Deliver best in class client experience; leading clients through the project creative and production process. Meet all touch points consistently and to a high standard; including status reports, update meetings, design submissions, sign-off schedules and project wraps. Ensure clear and timeline communication of creative and production elements, and that feedback is communicated, actioned, and documented appropriately.
* Manage substantial budgets alongside the Producing team and lead on the communication of financial information with the clients - including monitoring project budgets, reporting project finances to the client and to the SC finance team throughout a project, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are hit and reconciliation of project finance. Assist with developing accurate future financial forecasts for wider business reporting.
* Create and present compelling creative proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities. Write and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients. Manage RFP processes including relationship building with relevant procurement teams. Working with the Business Development Director to highlight relevant proactive growth opportunities for us and our clients.
* Represent Studio Secret Cinema within the brand and marketing industry through authoring compelling case study content, thought leadership, sales and social media content, and attending live networking events and industry events.
* Mentor and develop less experienced team members about the best-practise agency processes that foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
* Ensure that creative and production excellence is delivered to clients through leading project teams through the current SSC ways of working processes. Working with the Executive Producer to ensure Studio Secret Cinema’s ways of working are continually improving. Always act in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and carry out other tasks as reasonably required by the Company.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 6+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or brand activation, with at least 3 years in a senior client-facing role
* Proven track record of managing and growing major client relationships with budgets exceeding £500k
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in contracting, budget management, forecasting, and pricing strategy
* Excellent project management skills; highly focussed and organised, with ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, demonstrable attention to detail
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching to senior marketing executives, and understanding of best practise client experience
* Deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape, immersive entertainment and emerging industry trends
