Job title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hotel Du Vin
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £28,500 per year / 45 hours per week
Contract: Permanent / Full time
About the Role: Join a busy restaurant environment within a branded hotel group. You will be experienced in leading teams, delivering guest experiences and upholding brand standards. This role offers opportunities for internal development and progression within Hotel Du Vin.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a busy restaurant operation, including delivering shift briefings to large teams.
* Manage the flow of service to ensure high-quality guest experiences and consistency with brand standards.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain the hotel’s food, drink and service standards.
* Contribute to staff development and succession opportunities, with a view toward progression within Hotel Du Vin.
Qualifications / About You
* Experience in a busy restaurant environment, either as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager.
* Ability to deliver effective briefings and manage service flow to deliver guest satisfaction.
* Commitment to high standards and guest service excellence.
