£41,000 OTE - Basic salary of £31,000, with £10,000 commission per annum, paid quarterly subject to performance to agreed targets.

Join The Hyde Group, one of the UK's leading housing providers, and help deliver great customer experiences across the marketing, sale and letting of new homes. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from viewings to key handover—ensuring a smooth, efficient and customer‑focused process.
What You'll Do
Manage viewings, open days and handovers
Prepare completion packs and support customers through each stage
Track sales progress, meet targets and reduce financial risk
Produce price lists, rent/service charge calculations and sales reports
Liaise with Homebuy Agents, local authorities, mortgage advisors and internal teams
Support buyers with Shared Ownership and affordable housing schemes
What We're Looking For
Experience in property sales, lettings, or housing management
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good knowledge of Shared Ownership or affordable home ownership (desirable)
Highly organised and proactive, able to handle multiple deadlines
