About the Role
We’re seeking ambitious, self-motivated Personal Trainers to build and grow their own business inside our clubs. As a Rental PT, you’ll operate as your own boss while benefiting from Snap Fitness’s support, tools, and member base.

Your Responsibilities
* Build and manage your own client base within the club
* Deliver engaging, safe, and results-driven personal training sessions
* Support members with training plans, nutrition advice, and motivation
* Actively promote your services both inside and outside the club
* Contribute to the overall member experience and Snap community
* Maintain professionalism and uphold Snap Fitness standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Personal Training qualification (REPs/CIMSPA recognised)
* Passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, business-minded, and self-motivated
* Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
