Salary Grade D Points 06 to 08 (£25,183 to £25,992 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £17,640.27.
Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a TA Level 2 to join our academy in October 2025, on a part time, permanent basis.
Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant Level 2, you will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

Results
With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area. In summer 2024, 80% of students achieved a Grade 5 or above in English, with 63% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in Maths. With an overall Progress score of +0.51 and 60% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in both English and Maths we are placed well above similar schools nationally.
A level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results with 90% of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
