The role
A stunning, independent, luxury Birmingham hotelis in search of a Head Chef who is fanatical about food. As Head Chef, you will have full autonomy of the menus and captain the brigade to create fabulous, fresh food. The hotel is still in its infancy so you will have the chance to really put your stamp on things.
Whether its a wedding, a five course taster or a private dinner for two, as Head Chef, you will mentor your team to deliver great results.
Exceptional, confident cooking skills and a good ability to control your costs will see success for this role. You will have full support from the hotels leaders as they have big plans to become one of the go to luxury venues in the midlands.
