This is a permanent full-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll mainly work front-of-house, supporting day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages, operating tills, keeping dining areas clean, and assisting both front and back of house. You’ll deliver excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site. What You’ll Do As a General Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes and front-of-house. Your day will include: Make hot and cold drinks while ensuring food safety standards are met. Prepare fresh grab-and-go options like sandwiches, wraps and paninis, burgers, and pizza. Keep our front and back of house spotless and welcoming. Cashing up and till work. Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications. What We’re Looking For Previous customer-facing or food service experience is desirable (training provided) Must be 18 Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3 years (security clearance required) Reliable transport due to site location and limited public transport.
