Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine matches the view
Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sommelier to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
Our Sommeliers are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding Oblix’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.
Our ideal Sommelier
* Previous experience as a Sommelier, in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant
* Eager to learn and develop
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
