We are currently recruiting an exceptional AFTERSALES MANAGER to lead a Workshop and Parts facility representing a fabulous prestige brand.
This Barnstaple based dealership is part of a nationally owned dealer group that operates businesses across the UK. The customer experience is of paramount importance, you will be leading from the front to ensure every customer consistently receives the highest quality service.
Your key responsibilities will extend to:
* Workshop, front-of-house, and parts teams – managing, coaching and mentoring each member to perform at their optimum.
* Planning, forecasting, and delivering on all KPi’s, brand standards and sales targets.
* Maximising workshop utilisation, profitability, and efficiency.
* Managing the departmental budgets, planning, and forecasting.
* Building healthy professional relationships with department managers, cohesively working together to the benefit of the entire business.
This is a challenging and demanding role that requires a seasoned Aftersales Management professional. Therefore, experience running a main dealer aftersales operation is essential. The successful candidate will have plenty of energy, self-motivation and infectious enthusiasm. You’ll be able to think logically under pressure and possess great communication skills.
You will have the skill and talent take the department forward, delivering on the KPI’s and brand standards.
