The job title is: Corporate Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer
You would join a small team of 3 in the London office of a truly global, US-headquartered law firm. With around 300 people in London, the office offers the stability and resources of a large firm, while giving you the visibility and impact of working in a focused, specialist team.
You’ll lead the firm’s non-US knowledge, innovation and legal tech initiatives and support a the 'transactional group', currently comprising around 60 lawyers.
Innovation is also a major part of the role. You would work on projects involving AI tools, document automation, smarter workflows, and other ways to deliver corporate transactional legal work more efficiently.
At its core, the position is about improving how corporate lawyers work. You would help develop and maintain high-quality templates and documents, organise and share knowledge across the team, and ensure lawyers are kept up to date with key developments in corporate law and transactional practice.
The role also involves supporting training and encouraging ideas that help the team work faster and more effectively.
It would suit someone with a corporate private practice background who is curious, practical, and interested in shaping how legal work is done in the future.
