This is an exciting opportunity to teach Business at KS4 and KS5, with the added benefit of a TLR for additional responsibilities within the department.

What You Will Do:
* Position: Business Teacher with TLR
* Location: Hereford
* Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)
* Teaching: Business at KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level)
* Responsibilities:
o Deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies to KS4 and KS5 students.
o Support the development and implementation of the Business curriculum.
o Mentor and guide students to achieve excellent exam results.
o Take on additional leadership responsibilities within the department with the TLR role.
About You:
You will be an enthusiastic and highly skilled teacher with the ability to engage students at both GCSE and A-Level. You should have experience teaching Business at these levels, and the potential to take on a leadership role within the department. Your passion for Business education and commitment to helping students succeed will make you an excellent fit for this position.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
* PGCE or QTS.
* Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level).
* Experience or potential for leadership responsibilities is desirable.
