The Role of the Service Support Engineer
4. Attend customer sites and carry out servicing, repair, and maintenance on range of mechatronic capital equipment.
5. Supporting customer needs from installation to maintenance.
6. Training customers on use of machines.
7. Comply with the requirements of the various Quality and Health & Safety Systems in place.
8. Troubleshooting for various issues

The Ideal Person for the Service Support Engineer
14. Completion of a recognised apprenticeship scheme, HNC (mechatronics/electronics preferred), or higher.
15. An understanding of Hydraulics.
16. Understanding of closed-loop systems.
17. Experience working with material testing equipment.
18. Would consider Controls Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer.
