What You’ll Do Take ownership of the UK sales process, from first contact to close Visit farms, attend industry fairs, and guide farmers through the decision process Act as a trusted advisor, not a hard seller, this is about relationships Collaborate with a tight-knit international commercial team Keep track of leads and insights using modern tools like HubSpot & Shopify Travel regularly across the UK (and occasionally to Norway/Europe) What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, customer success, or relationship-based roles (AgTech, SaaS, or farming sector a bonus) Empathy and understanding of rural life, ideally with some exposure to livestock A self-starter who thrives in a scale-up culture and remote setting Someone who listens more than they pitch, and follows up reliably Full UK driving licence required Also hiring: Farmer Success Manager (Customer Support & Onboarding) If you’re more driven by support, onboarding, and making customers thrive post-sale, we’re also looking for a Farmer Success hire to join the UK team.
