We are looking for a passionate, patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and forward-thinking school based in the BS32 area of Bristol. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils, supporting both their academic progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups.
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Supporting children with additional needs (e.g. SEN, SEMH, EAL), where required.
* Contributing to assessment and feedback under teacher guidance.

✅ Requirements:
* A genuine interest in working with children or young people.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Proactive, reliable, and able to use your initiative.
* Experience working with children (paid or voluntary) is desirable but not essential.
