Job Description
* Managing a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including both corporate and personal.
* Providing strategic advice and support to clients facing financial distress.
* Preparing reports and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
* Overseeing the implementation of restructuring plans.
* Coordinating with other professionals to maximise recoveries for creditors.
* Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and professional standards.
* Contributing to business development and networking activities.
* Mentoring and developing junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Insolvency & Restructuring Director' should have:
* A professional qualification in Insolvency (CPI/JIEB).
* Proven experience in insolvency and restructuring within the professional services industry.
* Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A high level of integrity and professionalism.
* The ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
