To be successful as a Systems Analyst, you should have:
* Experience with Change and Transformation, including Agile Methodology and adherence to change delivery controls.
* Experience engaging with stakeholders, hosting forums/meetings to gather business requirements, and creating action plans based on those requests.
* Data analysis and reporting skills, including Jira/JQL Reporting, taxonomy, Navigator/Tableau reporting.

Purpose of the role
To implement data quality processes and procedures, ensuring data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights to improve operations and optimize resources.
Accountabilities
* Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
* Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
* Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
* Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
* Document data quality findings and recommend improvements.
