Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or Client Support professional looking to step into a fast‑paced, high‑trust role supporting a senior adviser? We are working with a highly regarded, independent wealth management firm that is looking to appoint a Client Relationship Executive to support the Financial Planning Director on a one‑to‑one basis. This is a key hire within their Private Client team and offers the opportunity to work closely with high‑net‑worth clients while playing a central role in delivering an exceptional service. This is a busy and varied position that would suit someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Client Relationship Executive – The Role:
* Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
* Supporting the onboarding of new clients and maintaining high service standards
* Preparing and checking client documentation and communications
* Managing diaries, appointments, and workflow priorities
* Liaising with providers and processing business on relevant platforms
* Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with compliance procedures
* Keeping clients updated throughout the advice process
What our client is looking for:
* Previous experience within a financial planning / wealth management environment
* Experience supporting an adviser or working closely with clients
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
* Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
