Responsibilities
As a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer, you will:
Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Oversee the supply, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, including single and multi-splits, for both commercial and domestic clients.
Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
Provide technical expertise and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the air conditioning industry.
Proven experience as a team leader or senior engineer, with strong managerial skills.
F-Gas certification and a thorough understanding of industry regulations.
Expertise in both commercial and domestic air conditioning systems.
A full UK driving license.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Day-to-Day
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to ensure smooth operations.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for a variety of clients.
Managing project timelines and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting system issues.
Coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and materials.
