URGENT OPPORTUNITY - KS1 Learning Support Assistant / Practitioner / £90-£100 per day, paid weekly

Contract: Fixed Term until July 2026 (initially)
Hours: 27.5 per week - Monday to Friday, 9:15am-3:15pm (30-minute lunch)
Salary: £90-£100 per day

Key Responsibilities
Provide targeted learning and emotional support for Year 1 pupils
Deliver small-group and 1:1 pastoral interventions
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider support team to meet individual needs
Candidate Requirements
Experience in Early Years or KS1 (highly advantageous)
Genuine passion for child development and emotional well-being
Willingness to train in the Thrive approach (if not already familiar)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
