Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - SEN Schools (Primary & Secondary) Location: Dibden Pay: £14.30 per hour Hours: Flexible | Term-Time Only | School Hours Start Date: ASAP Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support SEN schools in Dibden, working with pupils across both primary and secondary age groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a variety of settings while making a real difference in young people’s lives. The Role: As an LSA, you’ll work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students both in and out of the classroom. You may work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups, helping pupils stay engaged, manage behaviour, and build confidence in their learning.
