As a CDP at C LA VI you will play a vital role in our kitchen brigade, working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest quality standards.
Supervise and assist junior kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a CDP or a similar role in a reputable restaurant/hotel.
A culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
