We’re delighted to be supporting a successful business based in South Cambridge who are seeking a motivated and well-organised Corporate Support Assistant to join their team. This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working available.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Account Executives
* Preparing and distributing reports, newsletters, and client updates
* Assisting with the coordination and delivery of services
* Ensuring client and campaign documentation is accurate and completed on time
* Maintaining records and setting up new clients on internal systems
* Attending exhibitions where required, acting as a professional representative of the business
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive approach with a strong “can-do” attitude
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to remain calm, organised, and professional under pressure
