Responsibilities
* Support the front‑of‑house reception in the Health Centre.
* Meet and greet patients and visitors.
* Handle telephone calls, directing patients to the appropriate appointments.
* Assist clinical teams as needed.
* Manage a busy reception, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Provide flexible cover for annual leave, sickness, and training across multiple Health Centres in the Hull and East Riding area.
Qualifications
* Highly organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and an approachable, friendly manner.
* Flexibility to cover shifts and travel between centres.
