About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven and customer-focused professional to join our Ocean Import team. You'll play a key role in ensuring international shipments move smoothly and customers receive outstanding support throughout the freight journey.
Responsibilities
* Book freight with approved carriers and shipping lines
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide fast, professional query resolution
* Communicate with overseas agents and customers via email, phone, and online systems
* Check and manage import documentation and pre-alerts
Requirements
* Knowledge of ocean freight operations
* Knowledge of freight import operations
* Experience with a UK based Freight Forwarding company
