Experience and Skills:
* 12-18 months of car finance brokerage experience is essential
* Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
* Passion for providing an outstanding customer experience
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
* Motivated and driven to exceed targets
* Knowledge of the car buying industry is desirable
* A flexible, can-do attitude, with availability to work weekends and bank holidays
* Ability to work in the office due to regulatory commitments
Job Duties:
* Contacting pre-approved customers in a timely manner to start the car buying process
* Building strong relationships with both customers and dealerships to ensure the best possible outcomes
* Understanding customer needs to match them with the perfect car
* Negotiating with dealerships to secure the best deal for customers
* Ensuring a seamless transaction between the customer and dealership
* Coordinating with the Personal Assistance team for a smooth handover and continued customer care
* Working flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis
