WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Selecting Pantone prints, yarn colours, possibility to scale prints
* Support the design team throughout the full lifecycle of collections from concept to final development
* Helping design team CAD up inspiration, assist in sketching and garment specification (CAD and hand‑drawn)
* Pulling trend boards and updating brand design stories per month
* Checking on samples development, updating sample trackers, collating samples on development rail, updating design team on any new in
* Update and maintain key blocks library
* Collate in‑season catwalk reports and build research/sourcing packs for buyers and suppliers
* Attend fit sessions and design meetings to develop technical knowledge
* Maintain mood boards, organise design spaces, and prepare for key presentations
* Monitor sales performance to help identify key product drivers and bestsellers
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
* Ownership of trading options- respond quickly and efficiently to trading requests from the team, propose and CAD new options for best-selling blocks, colour, print and fabrics as well as factoring wholesale options
* Prepare clear and visually strong presentation boards with supporting documentation for internal and cross-department meetings
* Sample management for development samples
* Manage and maintain CAD outputs, ensuring correct formatting for line sheets, managing deadlines
* Take ownership of meeting preparation - including steaming, and garment presentation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Calm, organised, and methodical in your approach to tasks
* Strong time management; ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
* Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow
* Hands-on and enthusiastic team player
* Confident in visual presentation and storytelling through design
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
* Strong design skills (hand drawn or CAD), a creative portfolio that shows versatility and an eye for detail
* A keen eye for trends, storytelling, and customer-focused design
