What you’ll do as a
Chief Systems Engineer :
Set the technical direction across complex, high-impact projects
Coach and mentor high-performing Systems Engineering teams
Lead on governance, systems thinking, architecting, and system of systems design
Act as the go-to expert for the Sector Chief Engineer, Head of Systems Engineering and Engineering Projects
Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation in our engineering approach
What you’ll bring as a
Chief Systems Engineer :
Proven leadership in complex, high-stakes engineering environments
Strong technical background in systems architecture, integration and stakeholder management
Passion for developing people, promoting collaboration and driving best practice
