Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience within a business development, sales, account management, or insurance-related role.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* A proactive and target‑driven approach.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Confidence in speaking with clients both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Insurance sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential for candidates with a strong business development background.
