Overview
We are seeking outgoing and enthusiastic people to work as Steward at a Halloween experience at Moors Valley. this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of this much loved and anticipated annual event.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing car parking, directing customers around the Halloween experience and dealing with customer queries.
With varying shift lengths of a minimum of 5 hours, between hrs, between 23 October - 02 November 2025 duties include:
* Greet and assist customers while addressing their queries.
* Guide event attendees through entry points with search and way marking support.
* Patrol designated areas and monitor crowd movements
* Resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
* Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with other team members.

Enjoy Flexibility with Zero Hours Contract: Earn £12.60 per Hour % for Holiday Pay, Averaging £14.12 per Hour.
