Role Overview

This role will be a true partner to the Joules team, recruiting for a variety of roles, including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, Facilities, Merchandising, Buying and Design. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll do more than just fill jobs. You'll work closely with different departments to truly get what they need, offering your expertise and creative solutions for every step of the hiring process. This is a full-time role based onsite at 'The Barn' – Joules' purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. You will also need to be happy to travel to our office in Enderby (Leicestershire) on a regular basis. Spending time with our teams and experiencing the heartbeat of our creative work.

What You'll Take On

  • Think and act like a Marketeer: Get ready to flex your creative muscles! You'll be a key player in building and promoting our brand on social media, coming up with ideas and creative content that is always relevant to the candidates you are wanting to attract.
  • Be a Sourcing Expert: Use your experience to adapt your sourcing approach for each specific vacancy, from targeted headhunting to thinking completely outside the box. Represent the brand at attraction events such as career fairs and networking days.
  • Lead the Way: Partner directly with our hiring managers, using your knowledge to create effective hiring strategies and challenge our thinking to ensure we’re always attracting the very best. Present to the Operations Board on a regular basis. Build senior relationships and hold your own in strategic discussions.
  • Manage the Full Cycle: Own the entire recruitment process from writing standout adverts and shortlisting top talent to closing the final offer.
  • Onboarding: Be the point of contact for all new starters, supporting their pre‑ and onboarding journey, running induction sessions and carrying out new starter check‑ins.
  • Innovate and Improve: Use your market knowledge to review and improve everything we do, from attracting candidates to welcoming them on board.
  • Team Player: Lead by example, offer support when needed, work closely with the HR Business Partner and Employer Brand Specialist.

You must have the confidence to build senior relationships, getting under the skin of the brand tone of voice, to talk the talk, challenge ideas, and hold your own in strategic discussions.

Qualifications

  • Proactive and passionate recruiter with a flair for finding exceptional talent.
  • Background in agency or in-house recruitment, ideally within the fast‑paced fashion industry.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Pro with the ability to craft a compelling message and attract the very best candidates.
  • Confident communicator and influencer, comfortable presenting to hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a marketer’s mindset, constantly looking for new ways to engage and showcase our brand through social recruiting content.
  • Super organised with the ability to project‑manage complex hiring processes, initiatives and projects.
  • Tenacious, agile, and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
