A leading hotel group is looking for a hands-on and operational HR Executive to support teams both in the UK and overseas. This role is fully office-based in their offices in South West London, providing direct support to people managers and employees across all areas of HR.
Please note: This role is fully head office based.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on performance management, absence management, and employee relations
* Building strong relationships across the global team and partnering with people managers
* Leading on employee relations cases, coaching managers through ER processes
* Managing onboarding, probation reviews, and exit interviews
* Supporting recruitment, including conducting HR stage interviews
* Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and handbooks are up to date and compliant
* Assisting with immigration matters for employees and candidates
* Delivering team engagement activities to support a positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced generalist HR role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* CIPD qualification or significant HR experience in a senior role
