We are working in partnership with a high growth, design led workplace consultancy to appoint a Director level Project Management professional to support the continued expansion of their Office Fit Out team.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual who combines strong delivery capability with a commercial mindset and a passion for client engagement.

You will take ownership of key client relationships, lead high value fit out projects, and play a central role in driving revenue through both delivery and business development.
The position offers a clear platform to influence strategy, build a team, and shape the future growth of the Project Management offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of CAT A and CAT B office fit out projects across London and the South East
* Act as a trusted advisor to occupier clients throughout the full project lifecycle
* Drive new business through existing relationships, referrals, and proactive client engagement
* Take ownership of project financials, ensuring strong commercial performance
* Collaborate closely with internal design and workplace consultancy teams
* Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a high performance culture
* Play a key role in shaping and executing the wider business strategy
About You
* Proven experience delivering office fit out projects within a consultancy environment
* Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level
* You will come from a Property Consultancy, Multi Disciplinary or Project Management firm
* Strong network across occupiers, agents, and wider industry stakeholders
* Commercially astute with a track record of winning and delivering work
* Excellent client facing skills with the ability to influence at senior level
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a business unit
