They sell a range of software, designed for Councils and Social Housing, that utilise data science and behavioural insights to help personalise and prioritise community engagement. This speeds up processes, reduces workloads, increases revenues and lowers escalations and court proceedings. The role is to manage 10-12 public sector customers.
