In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and account management efforts, focusing on Sign Repair and Lighting Services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
* Utilize Servizio to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in technology sales.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
