Customer Service Assistant
Location: Ramsgate (due to the location, you must have access to your own transport)
Salary: £13.97 per hour
Full-time hours - Tuesday to Saturday
Temporary to permanent contract

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting customers across digital channels such as WhatsApp and email
* Handling queries around orders, returns, refunds and product information
* Checking tracking details and providing clear, accurate updates
* Managing complaints professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Working collaboratively with a friendly, supportive team
* Meeting daily performance targets with accuracy and consistency
* Using computer systems and AI-assisted tools effectively
* Maintaining professionalism and a positive approach in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent communication skills across phone, email and messaging channels
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and work with accuracy
* Reliable, punctual and committed attitude
* Positive mindset and professional presentation
* Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements
* Full UK driving licence required
* Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday
* Ability to work from home on weekends and Bank Holidays when required
