We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school in Sheffield (S20).

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils’ learning within the classroom
* Work with individuals and small groups to provide targeted academic and pastoral support
* Help create a safe, happy and inclusive learning environment
* Encourage independence, resilience and positive learning behaviours
* Support children with a range of needs to ensure all can access the curriculum
You may be supporting children with:
* Autism
* ADHD
* SEMH
You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and the senior leadership team to provide a consistent, safe, and nurturing environment.
Requirements:
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
* Safeguarding Children Level 1 (or willingness to complete the training)
* Relevant school experience or transferable skills, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
